What a contract provides

A contract includes with every visit the following-

• laying of preventative baits, monitors and traps in a safe manner.
• Placement of pheremone cockroach monitors where applicable.
• Assessment and recommendations to ensure hygiene standards stay high.
• Proofing recommendations are advised upon.

Each contract has an individual technician who supervises and is contactable to answer all questions you may have regarding your contract and proofing recommendations. They will also be aware of the history of your contract and can advise and adjust to match any problems that may occur.

An ideal contract is one where premises are well proofed; with good hygiene practices thereby reducing the need for toxic baits to an absolute minimum. Cockroach pheromone monitors  often pick up problems before they are noticed by staff, the environmental health inspector or customers.

After every visit a written report is made out for the manager to sign. This contains details of any problems, recommended action for the owner to take in respect to hygiene or proofing and baits laid or removed.
