All bed bug treatments need 2 visits. Choose the option that suits you best.

Heat Treatment + 2 Insecticide Sprays

Most thorough & quickest

This is the most thorough and quickest solution. Preparation and aftercare are not required.

Visit 1 — heat treatment followed by first insecticide spray. Minimum 4 hours for 1 bedroom; a 3-bedroom house will take 7 hours.
Visit 2 — second insecticide spray, 3 weeks after the first. 15 mins per bedroom.

1 bedroom £900 +VAT · each additional bedroom £360 +VAT

We advise that for the most successful outcome, all bedrooms should be treated even if activity has not been noticed.

Additional bedrooms (beyond the first)

Steam Treatment + 2 Insecticide Sprays

Steam is applied to all the cracks and crevices within the walls and furniture of each bedroom.

⚠️ Preparation and aftercare must be carried out — see this video and our bed bug guide.

Visit 1 — steam treatment followed by first insecticide spray. Maximum 1.5 hours for 1–3 bedrooms.
Visit 2 — second insecticide spray, 3 weeks after the first. Maximum 45 mins for 1–3 bedrooms.

1–3 bedrooms £750 +VAT
4–7 bedrooms £950 +VAT

Insecticide is applied to all surfaces, cracks and crevices within each bedroom.

Requires 2 visits, 3 weeks apart. Each spray takes a maximum of 45 mins for 1–3 bedrooms.
