Our technicians use a fast acting, effective biocide to disinfect areas of a property affected by pest activity. It quickly reduces disease-causing organisms found in pest waste, reducing the risk of illnesses associated with infestations. Biocide is also used to disinfect an area affected by bacteria, viruses, mould, fungi and spores. It kills 99.99% of harmful pathogens, including coronavirus.
The biocide is applied either as a spray using a pressure sprayer or as a mist using a fogging machine.
Preparation you must undertake prior to treatment
- Thoroughly clean the area to be treated.
Aftercare
- Windows and doors must remain closed during and after treatment for 24-hours.
- Before using the treated area it must be fully ventilated.
How our treatment works
Within 15-minutes of biocide being applied, all surfaces will have an antibacterial layer which provides long-term protection.
Fogging: the atmosphere is supersaturated with a fog of very fine particles. This eliminates airborne contaminants and decontaminates all exposed surfaces. It’s effective for disinfecting vertical and horizontal surfaces, areas that are difficult to reach such as small, confined spaces, cracks and crevices. Fogging is also useful to disinfect an area before it can be cleaned.
Pressure-spraying: all exposed surfaces will be covered with biocide.
Biocide is food safe, non-corrosive, non-staining and safe to use on surfaces such as soft metals, plastics and fabrics. It’s approved for use in private homes and commercial situations, including kitchens, restaurants, food production facilities, hospitals, clinics and doctors’ surgeries, offices, vets, schools, public transport.

Why do we recommend disinfection after pests have been eliminated?
