PESTUK recently opened a Hounslow Pest Control office. See our local page at: Hounslow PEST UK PageThere were several reasons for this. The first was we realised the extremely high charges that the Hounslow Pest Control Council charged for the pest control service. Unless you are on benefits then the charges are in some cases almost double that of PESTUK. This really is disgraceful. How hounslow Pest Control Council can charge higher prices for what we consider to be a vastly inferior service? They don’t work early mornings, evenings, Bank Holidays or weekends, they don’t provide a 24 hour 7 day a week telephone service yet they charge more! Another reason we decided to set up a Hounslow Pest Control office was that there are no British Pest Control Association members (BPCA) in the Hounslow area.

There are many advantages to choosing a BPCA member company. All pest control technicians are Criminal Bureau Checked (CRB checked), all staff (including office staff and managers are full qualified and are tested annually, there is a proper components procedure, the company is fully insured, the company acts in a fair and proper manner. The BPCA has independent inspectors to see that strict criteria set by the BPCA is adhered to.
Trading Standards Approved
Not only is PEST UK a full member of the BPCA but we are also members of the ‘Trading Standard Approved’ scheme. Again we are inspected for this. This organisation focuses on the consumers rights and sees to it that the consumers are properly represented.
