Pest Control In Windsor & Egham
Jim Dunn (Job Done) is in charge of the Windsor Office. This was the 3rd regional office set up by PEST UK.
Windsor is famous for many reasons the main one being Windsor Castle and the home of the Queen. Windsor is in Berkshire on the river Thames. Originally the Village of Windsor was 2 miles south of the castle and this area is still known as Old Windsor. The bridge over the Thames links Eton with Windsor. The site would have been settled well before the Medieval castle was built. The castle was the largest non religious building of the age. Pilgrims came in to Windsor to touch the shrine of the murdered Henry VI and a fragment of the cross. The money they spent along with all the money being put into the castle over many years made Windsor a rich town.
Onto modern times and Windsor is still a rich town and a major tourist attraction. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Legoland is nearby. Windsor is accessible by junction 6 of the M4 and 2 railway stations, Windsor and Eton Station which has a shuttle service to Slough.
