Marlow is a mid-sized town in Buckinghamshire (South Bucks), right on the border with Berkshire. The town was recorded in the Domesday Book. It is on the banks of the River Thames, and the famous Bisham Abbey lies to the south of the town. There has been a bridge in Marlow over the Thames since King Edward 111.
Marlow is twinned with Marly-le-Roi in France and Budavar in Hungary.
The nearest motorways are the M40 to the north and the M4 to the south.
Marlow Rowing Club is the UK’S premier rowing club and there are two rowing regattas per year.
The council for Marlow is Wycombe District, they sub-contract their pest control services to SDK or Dial a Pest. There have been problems with this service. In many cases, PEST UK offers a cheaper service and in our opinion a far superior service.
