Checkatrade Member – Pest Control Specialists

We joined Checkatrade in October 2018 and have found that it provides us with the sort of customers who expect good quality work of the type that we can provide.

We are no longer a member of Checkatrade. We are “Safe Contractor” accreditated.

All Checkatrade members need to have been trading for some time before joining. Members are thoroughly vetted before they’re displayed on the website. The background checks include proof of qualifications, insurance, identity (proof of work address and photo identification), references (a minimum of five previous customers need to recommend your services), and a credit check.

With the ongoing and continued support from the Membership Advice Team Checkatrade are able to provide us with advice on how to maximise our membership which we find very useful.

Checkatrade’s review system highlights how our business has performed in common areas of consideration, such as time keeping and value for money compared to other businesses in our sector.

A dedicated complaints team is also on hand to advise both members and consumers and point them to the best place, should either have queries.
Member forums also allow tradespeople to communicate with each other, share common issues and resolutions.

As our business is built on reputation, credibility and word of mouth this has made Checkatrade an ideal partner because the recommendations on Checkatrade are not just passed among friends, they are shared with the general public. Our record of customer feedback goes back to the start of our membership so anyone can see and rate our service.
