The British Pest Control Association is an independent organisation that has extremely strict criteria for pest control companies to join and to remain members. Persons or companies that do not meet this criteria or break it will not be able to join or are kicked out of the organisation. This ensures that anyone who chooses a The British Pest Control Association member gets a company with:
Honest pest control technicians (they will be CRB checked)
Qualified pest control technicians (all have to be qualified with evidence of on going training and refresher courses)
Fully insured
A proper complaints procedure (hopefully never needed!)
