Northwood in the Borough of Hillingdon councils pest control services are provided by SDK Environmental Ltd (trading as Dial A Pest).

I attempted to contact them for a test of their services. This was quite difficult and frustrating. I was unable to find a contact number to call them and ask questions. Even going to their website I could not find a contact number.

On the Hillingdon Council page there is only the option to contact them via email, where you must already be logged in or create an account. You can then expect a call back in 24 hours to arrange a visit. You then must wait between 8am and 6pm on the day chosen for a technician to arrive and hopefully deal with you pest problem. What a waste of a day.

The treatments provided by the council are limited as well. I could find no mention of treatments for the following:

fleas
honeybees
foxes

Between December and February mating calls resemble screaming and can be a nuisance.
