I have again tried to contact a local council regarding pest control services. This time I tried Harrow Council.

The service they provide is only contactable directly Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Any other time requires filling out a form or emailing them hoping for a quick response. Bookings have no guarantee of a specific time or time frame either.
